Located at Fifth and Tryon Streets in the heart of Charlotte, Fifth Third Center serves as the gateway to the center city's entertainment and cultural district. The 30-story high-rise office building complements surrounding structures while striking its own unique pose in the Charlotte skyline.
Fifth Third Center - designed by Smallwood, Reynolds, Stewart, Stewart & Associates - rises 449 feet into the sky, totals 654,533 rentable square feet and includes an attached 1,030 space parking deck. Vertical articulations in the design are accented by the building's dramatically curved crown, providing an unmistakable link between Fifth Third Center and Charlotte, nicknamed the QueenCity.
